Cancellation & Credit/Refund Policies

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to change or cancel your registration for a TWT program/event. 
If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you can either request to cancel your registration completely for a refund or apply the amount paid as credit to another workshop.  In order to do so, please contact our office at 425-610-6261 or info@teacherswhotech.com

The following policies and timeline apply for all cancellations / date changes:

·         If you notify us before two weeks of the start date, you can apply for a 100% credit towards another workshop or receive a 100% refund.

·         If you notify us between two weeks and one week before the start date, you can apply for a 100% credit or receive a 75% refund.

·         If you notify use less than one week before the start date, you can apply for a 75% credit on your account or a 50% refund.

·         Once a program begins, we cannot make any credit adjustments nor offer any refunds.
